The Best Summer Burger!
What would summer be without grilling some burgers in the back yard? If you want to be the star of the neighborhood, if you want to wow your family and friends at the next BBQ then try these Burgers, they are the best!
1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef (Makes 4 burgers) We think the 1/4 lb patty is best none of those fat meatball burgers here but if thats your style feel free to bulk up your burger patty.
1 Tablespoon Spicy Rooster Organic Everything Blend

Burgers: Mix in 1 teaspoon of Spicy Rooster Everything Blend, Shape, flatten (Save some Everything Blend to finish the burgers with a nice light coating)
Grill to 135° for med Rare, 145° for Medium, 155° for Medium Well, 165° for well done.
Core and quarter tomatoes, combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook on Medium-high heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat to med-low and blend with emulsifier (or use blender and return to pan) and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until thick (Jammy). Cool and refrigerate until use.
