Quick and Easy Grilled Caribbean Shrimp

Looking for a perfect, fast, and flavorful griller? Look no further than Spicy Roosters Grilled Caribbean Shrimp skewers with an optional pineapple coconut dipping sauce. 


2# Peeled and Deveined 21/25 Fresh Shrimp

2 Tablespoons Spicy Rooster Organic Caribbean Blend

2 Tablespoons Non GMO Canola Oil

2 Fresh Limes


Pre heat grill. Toss shrimp in oil and mix with Caribbean Blend spice mix. Skewer shrimp (if you are using wood skewers soak them in water for at least 20 minutes before skewering and grilling). Spray cleaned grill with cooking spray. Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side. (shrimp will turn from grey to pink, of cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°is reached). Remove and drizzle fresh lime juice on top OR serve with Pineapple Coconut dipping sauce (recipe below).


Pineapple Coconut Dipping sauce:

1 can crushed pineapples

2 T coconut cream

2 Tablespoons shredded sweet coconut 

Method whisk all ingredients together and serve chilled.
